Kaisercraft February sketch # 4

Gosh, just finished this one in time for the deadline. Kaisercrafts last sketch challenge for February. I actually struggled with this sketch. I am a less is more kind of girl and just couldn't seem to get enough layers on there. Went for smaller strips of papers in the end and came up with this!

It's very bright, but am loving brights lately! I used Bazzil cardstock and all papers are a mix of Kaisercraft- LITTLE TOOT COLLECTION, PEACHY KEEN 6X6" PAD AND FINE AND SUNNY COLLECTION, (WHERE i CUT MOST OF THE EMBELLISHMENTS FROM.)
There are also Kaiser rub ons in there, and alphas are a mix of AC thickers, Carolee's and Prima. I coated some apples and the baby bunting in glossy accents, and have inked around papers with Ancient page coal black.
The pics were taken in 2010 when my sister came to visit us from London. The kids couldn't get enough of their Aunty Rachel.

I feel blessed to be doing something I have always dreamed of doing!

Lately, my hubby has been coming home with chocolates for me. Last week it was a giant pack of Ferrero Rochers, which I absolutely love. Today, I got this gorgeous little box of sugar coated easter eggs. OMG... they are to die for.

Look at these great new products from Kaszazz!

Gosh, still pouring over all the great products from January and Kaszazz have come up with another new paper range to accomodate the men! As well as....wait for it, THE CINCH BINDING MACHINE! Now I do have a binding machine, it's the Zutter bind it all. And it's great! However, It is packed away at my home back in Queensland, so now I am very tempted to buy another one, and then low and behold, the Cinch appears in my Kaszazz newsletter. They are priced at $169.95 and the 'o' wires are available in different sizes! love it! In case you can't see the paper designs properly, each one has a chevron pattern in a different colour and the flip sides are a woodgrain, a metal plate design and a denim fabric looking design. There are some lovely box corner, metal embellies aswell!

Dare to be Amazing

Here's a quick make n' take from Kaszazz' new product range. The Chevron background stamp has been part-inked in places with 3 different distress stains. From the new uncut stamp set- Carpe Diem, I've stamped in Distress ink the aeroplane, cut and and mounted with a brad for the centre of the propellor. The card is finished off with another stamp from the same un-cut set, (there are 12 stamps in this set), (see previous posts for details on the new stamps and other products.) Then a few different colours of the Kaszazz twine have been wrapped around the front of the card. A lovely male card, quick and easy!
Not alot of crafting done this week due to me starting a new job. Found myself exhausted trying to get back into the swing. But got a little bit done over the weekend which I will share soon! :)
